Description

Cellular metabolism of carbohydrates, lipids, proteins, vitamins, and minerals, including energy transformation and malnutrition. Role of hormones in regulation of metabolism. Notes: This course is crosslisted with NUTR 651, credit at the graduate-level requires additional work.

Minimum grade of C in: KIN 224, CHEM 108 or higher, NUTR 311, NUTR 311L; NUTR Ma
