Description
Emphasis on research methods and science-based literature to evaluate the safety, standardization and efficacy of popular therapies, including herbals, botanicals, and dietary supplements for preventive and nontraditional medical nutrition therapies. Crosslisted with NUTR 607. Coursework at the 600-level requires additional work.Prerequisites
