Description

Computerized dietary analysis systems, growth charts, national health and nutrition surveys, biochemical parameters and physical signs of nutritional status, and anthropometric assessment techniques. Also includes a self-paced interactive study of medical terminology. Three hours lecture and three hours laboratory. Laboratory fee required.

Min grade of B in: NUTR 223
