Description
Provides pre-practicum experiences that explores healthcare administration career options, local healthcare organizations, and career skill development for internship and post-graduate career opportunities. Assignments and activities focus on enhancing long-term professional skills including interpersonal competencies, networking, career preparation, professional self-marketing, and workplace professionalism.Prerequisites
HCA Major, HCA 300, and 2.75

This is an online section of HCA 401 and is only available to HCAstudents getting prior approval for online accommodations will be allowed

internship course, HCA 493, including the completion of onboarding
requirements for your internship site. All onboarding fees and medical
costs, for the internship experience, are the responsibility of the
student, and will be discussed and completed during the HCA 401 course. The
