Description

(Same as PBH 202.) Introduction to epidemiology, the study of distributions and determinants of disease, injury, and health-related outcomes in a population. Focus on appropriate terminology, calculating measures of disease burden and risk, analysis of study designs, and application of concepts in the healthcare setting.
