Description
Introduction to a broad range of tax concepts and types of taxpayers, including corporations, pass-through entities, and sole proprietorships. Emphasizes the role of taxation in the business decision process, and provides students with the ability to conduct tax research, compliance and planning. This course is crosslisted with ACC 610. Credit at the 600-level requires additional work.Prerequisites
