The Student Union's large multipurpose room, Room 208, can offer seating for 200 people, depending upon setup. The space consists of 3 sections (A, B, and C), which can be reserved as joint or independent meeting spaces. All of our standard setups are available, including:

Each section of the space features built-in projectors and built-in projection screens. We are happy to create a setup for your event that allows all of your guests to easily see the material being presented, while still accommodating for additional food and event tables.

We are also able to accommodate your guests by providing registration tables outside your meeting space free of charge. This allows your guests to have a clear first point-of-contact for your event in order to register, check-in, and pick up materials.
