Virtuoso Christian Lindberg with the UNLV Wind Orchestra

Description
Trombone virtuoso Christian Lindberg performs with the UNLV Wind Orchestra, conducted by Thomas Leslie and Zane Douglass.
Lindberg, named “Greatest Brass Player in History” by Classic FM, has redefined the possibilities of the trombone. Often compared to Paganini on the violin and Liszt on the piano, his influence extends far beyond performance—he has premiered over 300 works, recorded 150 solo albums, and shaped the future of brass music as a conductor, composer, and soloist.
Lindberg will take the podium as guest conductor and also perform as a featured soloist, joining the UNLV Wind Orchestra for what promises to be a landmark event in Las Vegas’ musical landscape.
Recognized as one of the premier collegiate ensembles in the nation, the UNLV Wind Orchestra has set a standard of excellence in wind band performance.
