Join any of these weekly, online sessions to reduce stress and anxiety and increase self-awareness and empowerment.
Mindfulness is a meditative practice that emphasizes a person’s acceptance of their experience in the present moment, without anxiety, fear, or judgment. This trauma-informed intervention can assist in creating a sense of security or safety and help increase self-awareness and empowerment while reducing stress and anxiety. Catherine and Elizabeth Scherwenka will offer these weekly sessions via Zoom for trauma survivors throughout Nevada.
