The Research Impact Series is a thought-provoking discussion with local and national leaders about how research impacts their decision-making calculus. In this session, we will gain insight with Ronn Nicolli, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Resorts World, on how data-driven insights can steer effective decision-making in the ever-evolving marketing landscape. Attendees gain a deep understanding of how research informs everything from customer behavior to market trends, empowering CMOs to make informed, impactful choices.
