Description

The 2024 President's Mental Health Town Hall will focus on the recovery process of our students and building resilience. This highly interactive event with president Keith Whitfield, UNLV mental health professionals, and project wellness peers will provide students the opportunity to ask questions, learn skills such as managing reactions and helpful thinking, and find help with a multitude of resources aimed to help in every way.

A mental health resource table will also be open from 3:30 to 6 p.m. in the Student Union's second floor art gallery. All are welcome to visit the table to ask questions and learn about resources.

Admission Information

The town hall portion of the event is open to students. Seating is limited to 90 students. Register through the Involvement Center. If you need accommodations to participate in this event because of a disability, please email danelis.acostaorduna@unlv.edu or call 702-934-2736 at least seven days in advance.

The mental health resource table is open to all and does not require registration.
