Note: If you are not using at least Office 2019 on your UNLV barcoded Windows computer, please request this, if necessary, as soon as possible. If you are using a personal device, please ensure that Office 365 has been installed and updated ahead of the training.

This will be about the creation of accessible PowerPoint presentations in the Windows version of PowerPoint, including the generation of accessible PDFs. If you are a Mac-only user and have PDFs as the planned outcome, we recommend you instead register for a Mac-specific session.

This training is intended to be taken as a follow-up to the in-depth Foundations of Accessibility training or the compressed Accessible Syllabus Training. This is not intended to be a basic introduction to digital accessibility.

Software to be used: We assume that you are using PowerPoint 2019 on a UNLV barcoded computer or an updated Office 365/PowerPoint on a personal Windows or Mac computer.
