Individualized Development Plans (IDPs) are significant tool for many graduate students and postdocs. However, the use of IDPs is highly underutilized at the undergraduate level. In this informative workshop, we will discuss the content of an IDP as well as how undergraduate students can create their IDPs and regularly manage them with their faculty research mentor.
