CAPS is tackling the 10 most common mental health topics and encouraging you to get involved by answering a weekly reflection question.
Come see us in the SRWC lobby every Wednesday from Sept. 18 - Nov. 13. We'll be tabling from 4 - 5 p.m. with resources available for the weekly topic and the opportunity to earn some swag!
