As a leader there are many skills that will serve the role - this course refers specifically to Setting Expectations, Providing Feedback, Listening Skills, & Coaching. Reminding participants of the importance of creating clarity around expectations and how to provide both positive and constructive feedback to support those expectations. Practice and gaining comfort with these foundational leadership skills is the intent for this session.
