In this interactive workshop, we will explore how to better communicate in three different ways.

First, we will explore how to bridge the gap between what you want to say, what you actually say, and what someone else hears, with a few helpful tips to make sure the right message gets through.

Then, we will explore how nonverbals, ranging from tone to body language to timing can enhance or undermine a message.

Finally, we will explore the pitfalls and benefits of email. Each of the three ways will be accompanied by an exercise and discussion to help participants better integrate the material.
