“Emotional Intelligence Training" offers a comprehensive exploration of the crucial skill set that governs self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, and interpersonal relationships. This course provides a deep understanding of emotional intelligence (EI) concepts and their practical application in personal and professional settings.

Students delve into the psychological theories underpinning EI, learning to recognize and manage their emotions effectively while also developing the ability to understand and influence the emotions of others. By the end of the course, individuals emerge equipped with the insights and techniques necessary to cultivate a high level of emotional intelligence, fostering success and fulfillment both personally and in their professional endeavors.
