How can you create presentations that show you can press buttons, but obscure the content? This workshop will show you how to present data badly, and let you decide if that is the path you wish to take.

By participating in this workshop students will:

• Learn about common data visualization pitfalls, like misleading charts, miscommunication, poor use of colors, and cluttered content.
• Check out intentionally poor plotting techniques to understand how to improve data visualizations and make better presentations.
