Description

Who makes up your graduate support team, and how can you collaborate effectively? This workshop is designed to help graduate students navigate the distinct roles and responsibilities of advisors, graduate coordinators, and committee members. Participants will learn how to set clear expectations and communicate effectively, resolve conflicts and advocate for their needs, and build strong academic relationships to support their success at key program milestones.

By participating in this workshop, students will:

  • Identify the specific roles of advisors, coordinators, and committee members.
  • Develop strategies for clear communication and conflict resolution.
  • Build a supportive academic team to navigate graduate milestones.
