This workshop will provide graduate and professional students with essential knowledge on workplace ethics, with a particular focus on Title IX and issues related to discrimination, harassment, and equity. Through real-world examples and expert insights, attendees will explore strategies for handling complex situations with confidence while understanding their rights and responsibilities under Title IX. The session will offer practical guidance on fostering inclusive and respectful work environments, aligning personal values with professional responsibilities, and advocating for themselves and others. By the end of the lecture, participants will feel empowered to navigate workplace challenges with integrity and contribute to a culture of ethical excellence and compliance.
