Leading national advocate for foster youth and former foster youth himself Sixto Cancel will deliver the keynote speech at the summit following a series of panel discussions and a review of current data trends and case studies, led by the Determined, Responsible, and Empowered Adolescents Mentoring Relationships (DREAMR) Project. Ramona Denby-Brinson, senior resident scholar of at UNLV's Lincy Institute, will lead the data review and panel discussion.
