Description
The 2024 UNLV College of Education African American Read-In is a community-oriented event to celebrate Black language, literature, and art! Community members, students, staff, and faculty are invited. During the open mic session, participants are welcome to share a Black-authored poem or book-excerpt. There will also be a book gallery and giveaway. Catered lunch will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
