Works from the 2024 Annual Juried Student Art Exhibition will be shown from Feb. 16 to March 1. Participants will be honored at the opening reception held from 5:30-7:30 p.m. on Feb. 16. The work will remain on show until March 1.

About the 2024 Annual Juried Student Art Exhibition

The Donna Beam Gallery's  Annual Juried Student Art Exhibition was open to all undergraduate BA students. There was no theme for this exhibition other than offering your best work. The works shown in the gallery are to be selected by  this years juror, Darren Johnson. 

Darren Johnson is the manager of the Las Vegas-Clark County Library District’s permanent art collection and 15 art galleries. He holds a bachelor of arts from Cardinal Stritch University and a master of fine arts from Bowling Green State University. Johnson also creates art and was a recipient of the Nevada Arts Council’s 2011 Artist Fellowship Grant. He has exhibited in galleries and institutions across the United States including the Toledo Museum of Art, University of Chicago, Triton Museum of Art, Priscilla Fowler Fine Art, and Barrick Museum of Art.
