Learning Outcomes
- Students in the Dance Minor will be able to understand dance as a concert art form.
- Student in the Dance Minor will gain knowledge of the historical development of dance from Prehistoric to the 20th century.
- Students in Dance will choose courses to investigate and demonstrate their knowledge of the areas of dance technique, aesthetics, design, choreography, performance, dance music theory, pedagogy, kinesiology, pilates, etc.
