- And More!
- To start, students will have to fill out a short survey questionnaire to confirm their eligibility for the internship program (please click the survey link).
- Students will then meet with the internship screener to discuss potential agency placements.
- Students are responsible for contacting the agency to begin their interview process. Please note that some agencies may require students to pass a background check and drug test.
- After securing an internship, students are required to fill out the CRJ 491 Approval Form. The paperwork must be filled out completely and with all required signatures. It is the student's responsibility to ensure that the paperwork is submitted in a timely fashion. Therefore, all students are highly encouraged to begin the process of securing an internship as early as possible. Students will have to submit a copy of the completed Approval Form to the Internship Coordinator, Alexa Bejinariu.
- Students have to obtain permission from the Internship Coordinator to enroll in CRJ 491.
- Begin your internship the following semester.
The deadlines to fill out the survey questionnaire and meet with the internship screener are below:
- Summer: March 1st
- Fall: May 1st
- Spring: December 1st
