Workday introduced a new Benefits and Pay Hub, providing a single location for employees to conveniently review and maintain benefits and payroll information, and access related tasks, reports, and suggested links. 

The new hub, available in desktop and mobile Workday versions, allows users to access and edit the following areas: 

• Benefits 

• Payment Elections 

• Dependents 

• Beneficiaries 

• Tax information 

To access this new feature, log into Workday and click the Benefits and Pay Hub app in the Navigation menu. Once redirected to the Benefits and Pay Hub, the Overview page provides a benefits and pay summary, including recent pay, deductions, and current benefits. 

Menu Navigation

The Benefits menu provides access to: 

• Benefits Elections 

• Benefits report based on date

• View or edit current Dependents and Beneficiaries 

The Pay menu provides access to: 

• Payment Information

• Tax information

The Suggested Links menu redirects to different sites including:

• Benefits Outside of Workday

• Out of State Benefits information (for employees working outside the state of Nevada)

The pay worklet will still be available on the Navigation menu for payroll-specific tasks including: 

• Payment Elections

• Pay Slips

• Tax Documents
