Workday business process cancellation requests are triggered by the Change Job and Termination processes. If you’ve received business process cancellation requests in Workday, here’s what you need to know.
Why You Are Receiving These Requests
When an employee in your department has left their job or changed roles at UNLV, designated representatives called “Business Process Monitors” review and cancel any outstanding tasks in the worker's inbox that no longer apply. (Most of the cancelled items are outdated benefits tasks). Once marked for cancellation, you’ll receive a notification to review and approve the request.
What You Need to Do
When a cancellation request appears in your Workday inbox, select Approve in the action column and click Submit.
