Effective January 9, UNLV operators answering calls to the UNLV main line (702-895-3011) will transfer callers seeking general Workday support to the Office of Information Technology’s (OIT) Help Desk. Additionally, the Administration Web Portal will no longer allow customers to select the “General” option.

For support with Workday, we recommend that callers submit an IT Help Request, or call the OIT Help Desk at 702-895-0777.

Please note, this transition is for Workday support only. Workday security requests will continue to be supported through the Administration Web Portal.
