Please see below regarding student work study review and activation for the 2024-2025 academic year. To complete the process, please submit the student's information through this Google Form.

Dates

• The 2024-2025 award does not become effective until August 16 for the fall semester and January 1 for the spring semester.

• Once the student’s award is activated, the new Work Study Workday processing guide will be emailed to the department.

• Please note, students’ Workday accounts that were active during the summer have already been updated with the new information. However, supervisors and administrative assistants should review their students’ accounts for accuracy and completeness.

Award Information 

• The max award students can receive for the 2024-2025 is $5000 ($2500 fall and $2500 spring).

• The final award depends on the student's financial need, based on other financial aid awarded.
