To prepare for the upcoming Cost-of-Living Adjustment (COLA) cycle and the start of the new fiscal year, the deadline to submit compensation requests for formal compensation/classification review is April 15. 

Compensation requests include market equity increases, reclassifications, and promotions with effective dates from now to July 2.
