HR has partnered with Real Colors to offer Real Colors Facilitator Certification Training at UNLV. Becoming a certified facilitator is a great chance for employees to enhance valuable skills such as communication, active listening, and problem-solving. 

Certification Training Details

• Dates: April 21-23, 2026, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. 
  • Participants must attend all three days
• Cost is approximately $1,100 per participant

  • Managers and supervisors may identify up to two individuals from their team to participate. Please note that space is limited to the first 25 respondents. If you haven’t identified an individual, but would like to hold a spot for someone from your team who will be named at a later date, contact Brenda Thompson-El by June 30. Departments are encouraged to plan FY26 budgets accordingly.

Facilitator Responsibilities

Once participants complete the three-day certification course, they will be added to our pool of campus facilitators. When departments request workshops for their teams, Human Resources will assign a facilitator from this pool to host the session based on their availability.
