The current Workday Security request form will be retired, and a new request form will be fully implemented in TeamDynamix (TDX) starting March 3.

The updated process will be more efficient and address concerns raised during the Security Listening Sessions. Key changes include:

• Required supervisor approval
• Automatic notifications to the requestor and initiator when requests are complete
• Separate forms for different types of security requests, such as position-based roles, user-based roles, and central roles

Continue using the existing process for security requests until the new process launches. Informational sessions are available to learn more about submitting Workday Security Role Requests in TeamDynamix. Register in REBELearn for one of the following sessions:

• Friday, Feb. 28 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
• Wednesday, March 5 from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.
• Thursday, March 6 from 11 a.m. to noon
