The following are the new employee benefits contribution limits for calendar year 2025, including updates to retirement plans, health savings accounts, and flexible spending accounts:

  • 403(b) through TIAA - Voluntary Supplemental Retirement Plan: $23,500*      
  • 457 through VOYA - Deferred Compensation Program: $23,500*                                                                           
    •  *With 403(b) and 457 plans, if you are age 50 or over, you are eligible for an additional $7,500 for each plan.
  • Health Savings Account (HSA): This will include the PEBP contribution $700 (Individual) $200 (Dependents, up to 3).
    • Individual $4,300
    • Family $8,550 
    • HSA catch up for age 55 or over, eligible for additional $1,000
  • Medical Flexible Spending Account (FSA): $3,300
  • Limited Scope Flexible Spending Account (LS FSA): $3,300
  • Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (DC FSA):$5,000
