Human Resources is pleased to announce UNLV Talent Badges, a digital badging program for employees. Digital badges can be earned by completing certain training programs available through REBELearn.
Employees who complete a program that has a badge associated with it will receive an email to accept the badge from Credly (UNLV’s digital badging provider).
Digital badges can be used in email signatures or on digital resumes. Employees can also share badges with colleagues, managers, and professionals on LinkedIn and other platforms. A step-by-step tutorial video is available with more information. There is no fee for this service.
Some of the UNLV training programs that currently offer digital badges include:
- Management Training Academy (MTA)
- REBELearn Training Academy (RTA)
- Administrative Assistant Academy (A3) - a new program coming soon for administrative assistants
More programs that offer digital badges will be added in the future.
Please note: The digital badging program is not transferable toward a certificate or degree program.
