Supervisor Track Trainings: Cultivating a Thriving Culture 

Civility in the Workplace

Civility in the workplace is something we often notice only when it isn’t there. This workshop asks participants to define civility in their own terms and context and challenges them to explore how small actions can build and sustain a thriving workplace culture. With incivility increasingly cited as a workplace problem, time considering just what civility looks like and how we can encourage it is time well invested.

Confident Humility: A Leadership Strength 

Confident humility empowers managers and supervisors to create a thriving workplace culture rooted in psychological safety and a growth mindset. This course provides actionable strategies to balance humility with confidence and pride, and build trust across teams. Participants will learn to adapt their leadership style to meet team members where they are, fostering collaboration, inclusion, and mutual growth.

EAB: Resilient Leadership

Leading in times of crisis is challenging. In this workshop learn how to find time for strategic thinking amidst day-to-day operational tasks and build a culture of resilience. This workshop will focus on shifting from crisis thinking patterns toward long-term strategic thinking and resilience, building organizational resilience from leadership to the entire organizational chart, and creating an action plan to encourage resilient behaviors across the institution.

General Track Trainings: Expanding Your Capacity 

Creating a Growth Mindset

This seminar is based on fundamental elements that affect every person, either positively or negatively, based on how they perceive those elements. It has been designed to bring awareness to some of the more prevalent psychological barriers, as well as the strategies to raise our levels of conscious awareness to recognize and overcome those barriers which inhibit performance. The main objective of this workshop is to help each participant clearly identify their own unique core purpose & create their blueprint to embrace & live a growth mindset so that they can harness potential, amplify critical thinking, and earn phenomenal results in any area of life.

Emotional Intelligence

Emotional Intelligence Training offers a comprehensive exploration of the crucial skill set that governs self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, and interpersonal relationships. This course provides a deep understanding of emotional intelligence (EI) concepts and their practical application in personal and professional settings. By the end of the course, individuals emerge equipped with the insights and techniques necessary to cultivate a high level of emotional intelligence, fostering success and fulfillment both personally and in their professional endeavors.

Cultivating Self-Compassion 

In this session, participants will be introduced to the concept of self-compassion, explore the psychological and physiological benefits, and experience exercises to cultivate self-compassion.

Real Colors

Real Colors is a four-color personality assessment and workshop designed to help people better understand themselves and each other. It creates a common language that helps improve communication and create an environment in which everyone's motivations and perspectives are better understood. The workshops are dynamic, engaging, fun, and fast-paced. They are facilitated by a certified UNLV Real Colors facilitator. The skills learned are highly and immediately applicable to work with colleagues, family, and friends.
