The Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 fringe pool rates have been approved and loaded into Workday. Fringe pool rates are percentages of actual salary or wage costs used to budget and expense fringe benefits. The approved rates for FY25 are as follows: 

• Faculty/ Professional Staff (includes Postdoctoral scholar)         32.90%
• Clinical Faculty                                                                                       26.20%
• Classified Staff                                                                                      42.70%
• Letter of Appointment                                                                          14.70%
• Medical Residents                                                                                19.90%
• Graduate Assistants                                                                            13.30%
• Student or Other Hourly                                                                         2.00%
• Non-Retirement Earnings                                                                      2.50%
