Luis Rendon, Electrical Engineering Masters Student

Luis Rendon is a first year M.S. student in the Electrical Engineering program at UNLV (Advisor: Prof. Ke-Xun Sun). His research interests include the study of gallium oxide (Ga2O3), gallium nitride (GaN), photoluminescence and using gallium oxide on a device level, such as for a Schottky diode. He will attend Los Alamos National Laboratory this summer as an intern supported by the NSSTC. There he will continue the project on the characterization of gallium oxide.
