Human Resources is pleased to announce the launch of the Onboarding Resources website intended for new employees, supervisors, and department representatives who onboard new employees. Onboarding includes multiple tasks such as contacting other departments and managing Workday workflow, to ensure team members are set up for success. 

The website includes: 

• Resources for employees
  • Employees can learn about UNLV’s new employee onboarding program - Rebels: Onboard, sign up for a virtual orientation session, and review benefits information
• Resources for supervisors
  • Supervisors and department representatives can review resources to help support employees before their first day, during the first week, and the first 30 days and beyond
• Onboarding advisors by unit
  • This comprehensive list is a great resource for employees and supervisors. Advisors serve as the onboarding point of contact within their unit. They share onboarding updates and resources and identify best practices for onboarding processes and procedures. 

In addition to the new website, the onboarding team created onboarding templates for supervisors to utilize when onboarding their new employees.
