For his work with graduate students in philosophy from Ukraine, David Beisecker, Associate Professor in the Department of Philosophy, has been elected an honorary member of the Kazimierz Philosophical Twardowski Society of Lviv. The society is a Ukrainian-Polish initiative, the main goal of which is "to revive, support and develop the intellectual tradition of the Lviv Philosophical School in Lviv, and to popularize it in Ukraine and around the world."
