Congratulations to senior psychology major Melanie Garcia on receiving the OUR Outstanding Undergraduate Researcher Award at the 2024 Fall Undergraduate Research Symposium. Her research includes an independent project examining the relationship between legal/documentation status and eating disorder risk in the CREST Lab. Currently, Garcia is leading a project in the GAME Lab looking at the impact of racial microaggressions on psychological distress symptoms. Kudos, Melanie!
