As one of UNLV’s core Infrastructure and Shared Governance areas, Business Affairs is committed to continuous improvement in support of the Top Tier 2.0 strategic vision. One way we define, measure, and improve our service to campus is through annual customer service surveys. We aggregate and analyze the data, then take actions to address feedback.
The 2023 Business Affairs Customer Service Survey is now live.
The survey consists of 27 questions. To make replying easy and quick, we pose the same question for different Business Affairs departments.
You also have the option of providing qualitative feedback. If you've had a great experience with one of our teams or team members, please let us know what we did right so we can keep doing it. If you've had an unsatisfactory experience with one of our teams or team members, please provide constructive and specific feedback that allows us to make adjustments in the future.
