University Cell Phones
We are excited to now offer “T-Mobile One” plans for UNLV. Three plans include subsidies, and all are completely unlimited and offer a 20 month upgrade eligibility.
The cell phone order form has moved to the Business Affairs Administration Portal and you may find the new form linked below. Accessing the new form will require you to log in with your ACE ID.

Provider Exceptions
If you want to request an exception to use a different wireless provider than the current preferred wireless provider, a request for exception must be submitted to unlvwirelessmanagement@unlv.edu.
A generic email address is used to be addressed through the proper channels. Include the following in your email:
- A detailed proposal as to why the current preferred provider cannot be used
Business Affairs administration will investigate and make a determination on whether or not the exception will be granted.
Wireless Device Recycling
Your department head may wish to hold onto deactivated phones from a preferred provider to serve as backup for lost or broken phones, or for staff who need a new phone. If the department cannot identify a business need for the old cell phone, the device should be sent to the Campus Surplus Program for proper disposal.
Discounts
As part of UNLV’s contract for wireless service students, faculty, and staff are eligible for discounts, under personal accounts, from all of the three major carriers.
