The University Faculty Travel Committee (UFTC) invites applications for the spring 2024 funding cycle. Activities funded during this cycle must be completed between May 1, 2024, and November 30, 2024.  

Please note that eligibility for these travel funds is restricted to assistant and associate professors (tenure-track) and assistant and associate faculty-in-residence. Faculty who serve in an administrative role (dept chair/director and above) are not eligible for this funding

Eligible faculty should submit their electronic application using the specified link on the UFTC website. Completed applications must be submitted online no later than 5:00 PM (PDT) on Tuesday, March 12, 2024. Please read and follow the committee’s rules and guidelines as stipulated on the UFTC website. The committee will not consider applications that fail to meet these requirements. 

Applicants can expect to be informed of funding decisions via email on or before Monday, April 10, 2024. Questions regarding proposal submission and evaluation criteria may be directed to the Office of Faculty Affairs at facultyaffairs@unlv.edu.
