The United States Senate presented John Starkey (Business) with a Certificate of Special Recognition for receiving the 2024 Nevada Regents' Academic Advisor Award from the Nevada System of Higher Education. Starkey won this award, which recognized him at the undergraduate level, for being an outstanding advisor in the state of Nevada within the NSHE system.
