Degree programs with discipline accreditations are required to submit their self-studies to the Office of the Senior Vice Provost for Academic Affairs, unlvaccreditation@unlv.edu, for review prior to sending them to an accrediting agency. The provost, senior vice provost, or senior vice provost for academic affairs must be included in the accreditation site visit evaluation schedule. University and college/school general overview information is provided for use in accreditation self-studies and reports.
Please complete use this executive summary detailing information about for each degree program or certificate being reviewed and send the completed form to unlvaccreditation@unlv.edu in advance of site visits. One executive summary per accrediting body’s site visit will suffice, regardless of whether a single program or multiple programs are being reviewed concurrently.
