Biography

Yen-Soon Kim received her Ph.D. in Hotel & Restaurant from the Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, Oklahoma. Kim earned her undergraduate and master's degrees in Food Science and Nutrition from Soonchunhyang (SCH) University in Korea. Her major industry experiences are from Marriott, Aramark, Sodexho Marriott, Burger King, Good Samaritan Hospital, Soonchunhyang University (SCH) Hospital, and Oregon State University (OSU) Catering. Her teachings, invited presentations, and research focus on food service, event management, and hospitality leadership.
