This workshop is aimed at helping UNLV students interested in conducting research at the undergraduate level begin that process. Attendees will learn how to approach a faculty research mentor, the various labs and research opportunities on campus, and how to disseminate your research at UNLV.

Learning Objectives: By participating in this workshop you will:

● Understand the types of research undergraduate students can conduct

● Learn about the process of getting involved with research

● Learn about the support units that exist at UNLV to help undergraduate students with their research
