26th Annual Graduate Professional Student Research Forum (2024)

Description

The Graduate & Professional Student Association (GPSA) and the Graduate College invite you to join us in celebrating the work of our graduate and professional students! Each spring semester, this event showcases the excellence in research and creative work conducted at the graduate student level.

The 26th Annual Graduate & Professional Student Research Forum is an opportunity for students to present their projects to the UNLV community. The Forum is open to all graduate and professional students wishing to share their research or creative expressions, practice their presentation skills, or obtain constructive comments on their work from faculty. This year, we're embracing a fresh and expanded conference-style format. Please join us as we introduce a new program schedule where we kick off the Forum with the 9th annual Inspiration, Innovation, Impact (I3): A Celebration of Graduate Student Accomplishments, an event showcasing the best in UNLV graduate and professional student scholarly and creative activity. Previous winners from last year’s Research Forum will present TED-style talks during a catered breakfast. Additionally, we will be providing lunch, live music, and a streamlined awards ceremony.

  • 8-8:30 a.m.: Check-In
  • 8:30 a.m.: Inspiration, Innovation, Impact: TED-style student showcase
  • 9:30 a.m.: Presentation sessions and judging begin
