First-Year and Traditional Residence Hall Living
Live in the heart of campus in our traditional residential experience in UNLV owned and operated residence halls. UNLV offers on-campus housing for traditional first-year students, all students seeking a traditional campus experience, and for students who meet the criteria for the First-Year Housing Requirement. UNLV is committed to filling the residence halls first, and to providing a first-year experience to students.
Upper-Class, Apartment Style Living
Enjoy the perks and convenience of living on the UNLV campus as you reside at U District, an official university-affiliated housing partner. (University-affiliated housing partners operate under separate lease requirements from UNLV.) U District is UNLV's student community tailored for upperclassmen. U District consists of two communities: The Degree and Legacy LV. The Degree offers brand new high-end apartments and finishes; Legacy LV offers affordable and spacious apartments.
